We are looking for an experienced Transactional Lawyer to join our legal team and support our commercial and business operations. The Transactional Lawyer will work closely with finance, business development, and executive teams to ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws and serve the company’s interests. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, merger and acquisition agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents.
Additionally, the role requires monitoring legal developments affecting business transactions, advising on legal risk management, and supporting due diligence processes. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
